What data we process
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number, when you write to us or book.
- Booking details: dates, apartment, number of guests and amount.
- Traveller details: those required by the traveller registration regulations at check-in (identity document, nationality, date of birth and similar).
- Payment details: payments are made through the secure MONEI payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and preparing your booking — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing the booking, payment and stay — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations: traveller registration and reporting to the competent authorities, invoicing, and tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law: three years for traveller registration data, and the periods set by tax and commercial regulations for invoicing. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.
Who we share it with
- With the authorities, when required by law (for example, traveller registration).
- With the providers who help us deliver the service, as data processors and only for that purpose: the booking management system, the MONEI payment gateway, and web hosting and email services.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
